Speed Enforcement at I-95 South of Ft. McHenry Tunnel

Passing along a message from the Maryland Transportation Authority via Senator Bill Ferguson:

The Maryland Transportation Authority continues to move forward on the I-95 redecking project south of the Ft. McHenry Tunnel. Because of the new traffic patterns and the increased number of personnel on and near the roadway at this location the MDTA will soon be placing automated speed enforcement cameras in this area. From June 10, 2014 through June 30, 2014 warnings will be issued. Beginning on July 1, 2014 citations will be issued. The MDTA has found automated speed enforcement to be helpful in work zones.
