For your convenience, Baltimore City has created a website to help you navigate the downtown area during Labor Day weekend and the days before the race. While the main website, http://www.gptraffic.com, contains a wealth of information, you may find the Downtown Access Maps page most helpful. The Grand Prix has created their own Getting Around page as well.
We also want to mention that on Saturday, August 31st from 6-11pm, Federal Hill Main Street, the Federal Hill Business Association, and the Federal Hill Hospitality Association are hosting “Cars on Cross.” The event will feature live music from 6-8pm, free hot dogs for kids under 12 from 6-8pm, beer and wine tents, and a car showcase valued at over $4 million. This event is sponsored by The Grand Prix of Baltimore, Patron Racing, Budweiser, and McLaren Autosports.
